NEBA took 6 teams to participate in the West Coast Elite Championship Tournamet. This National tournament covered by 365 Grassroots & WCE25 with over 500 teams from AZ, CA, NV, WA, UT, TX and NM is the best of the best tournament on the west coast. NEBA went 13-11 overall combine record, with 4 of the 6 teams placing 3rd in their division.

NEBA 9U went 2-2 in the gold division to finish 3rd place. NEBA 9U was able to turns some heads at this level. NEBA 9U was able to beat 15 Team Nikkos Black by 18 points. NEBA also lost to 16 Mountain House Wolverines by 2. NEBA 9U is working to make a name for themselves on this circuit.

NEBA 11U went 3-1 to finish 3rd place. NEBA 11U played fantastic throughout the entire tournament but came up short in the semi finals game losing at the buzzer to OGP White. NEBA 11U was able to bounce back and take 3rd place by beating Mavericks Legacy convincingly.

NEBA 12U went 1-3 in a tough Silver division. NEBA 12U played well being that it was this group first time playing together, along with Coach Mosely, the phenomenal coach at ELAC; first go around at travel basketball. Of all the team NEBA I really like the potential of the NEBA 12U team.

NEBA 13U finish 3rd in their division. NEBA 13U ran through all competition until the semi finals game where they were missing a couple of players and also lost a key starter due to a injury. They managed to finish 2-2 to take third place.

NEBA 16U finish 2-2 very impressive at this level.

Overall it was another successful weekend for NEBA. Having all 6 teams competing at this National tournaments really allow us to display our talent and our growth as a program. Nothing but good things to come for NEBA.
