NEBA Impact JamFest/Cal State Games

9 May 2017 by Troy Coutee

NEBA made an overall impact at the JamFest/Cal State Game this past weekend at The Map. Three of the five teams we took to this event won Championships in their respected division. Starting with NEBA 9U going 5-0 and defeating Team Elate in the Championship game. NEBA 11U also went 5-0 and knocked off G1 Elite in the Championship game. NEBA 14U dominated all competition including the OC Regulators in the Championship game. NEBA 13U, who finished 4-1 was under man but still fought their way into the final game. NEBA 13U was not only missing key players but also suffered injury that had them very fragile going into the Championship game. NEBA 15U lost in the semifinal but was the most impressive group because it was a sneak peak of what is to come.
Overall NEBA program went 22-3 making it a LONG and SUCCESSFUL weekend. I would like to give a special thanks to the parents who stepped up and helped out with coaching & transportation this past weekend, you are the key to our success.
