Today was a good day especially for NEBA youth basketball program. NEBA debut 5 youth basketball teams in the ARC Valley League at CSUN today. NEBA now has two 8U teams that went an impressive `1-1 today. There is a lot of talent in this age group with kids ranging from 6,7 and 8 year old. NEBA 10U won their opening game against a tough ARC Warriors team. NEBA 10U kept the lead the entire game and was able to hold off their opponent to get the win in the end. NEBA 12U took off and never looked back against Yeshira Elite. NEBA 13U took care of business against the SV Cagers in the last game of the today. NEBA went 4-1 in their first weekend. With over 40 High School players in the program, 5 players earning college scholarships last year. The future is looking bright for NEBA.
